Olá Macau! / 澳門好

St. Dominic's Church | 玫瑰堂
When I think of Macau...their awesome tourism video comes to mind...one of the best I've seen and it always makes me want to go back and reanact those "touching moments."

I visited Macau two years ago with my dad...and I have to say, it's a lot more romantic and fun to go with a friend, and in this case, my Shutterfly scrapbook buddy/apartmentmate Kelsey. Here's a photo account of our mini day trip to Macau.

Snacks for the road. MAH FAV CARB.
Breakfast on the go!
Boarding the ferry.
1st hour...
We wanted to hang with these cool kids.
Fog for dayz.
1 hr later, we've still got smiles!
After docking, we took a free shuttle bus to the Venetian along with all the other tourists...from China.

Seattle Space Needle?
We got in trouble for this pic bc it was inside the casino. :x

Such beauty. Such history.

Such yum.

I love the sights, sounds, and smells of Christmas time!
Macau has such a rich history of architecture and a blend of two very distincts cultures by their own right.

So this is what we look like...
YUS. Free samples.
It took us forever to find this gem without wifi.
豬扒包 | Pork Chop Bun
Nuuuu...
Once the sun sets...everything lights up.

The thing about travelling...is that it's so satisfying to find what you're looking for and more...

Unfortunately I experienced another one of those darn auras...blargh, why am I so weak. @_@

ONE OF MY FAV SNACKS from Macau...素肉鳳凰卷 | Phoenix Egg Rolls

Adeus!

And then we had a very very very bumpy ride back to HK. Almost barfed.
But all's well in the end.
